Crack Shack Chiropractic, we strive to provide a seamless and accommodating scheduling experience for our clients. To maintain efficiency and availability, we have implemented a booking policy at our Cary, NC, Salon Lofts office.
12-Hour Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a 12-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments at our Cary, NC, Salon Lofts location. A fee of $20 will be charged for cancellations or rescheduling made less than 12 hours from the scheduled appointment time.
Flexible Scheduling
We understand that unexpected events may arise, and we encourage clients to book appointments on the day they plan to come in if their schedules are subject to changes. If you require a specific time during the week that is not available, please call or text us, and we will do our best to accommodate your preference.
Drop-In Appointments
For clients seeking more flexibility, drop-in appointments are available at our Raleigh Market location at the State Fairgrounds on weekends, both Saturdays and Sundays.
